It was a bright day when Vincent,Etoile,Louis and Jakob decided to went out for a ride around the island. "Hey Vincent!", said Louis to the blond boy who's turnig his head. "Yes?", he answered. "Did my stepfather show you the old ruines near the lake?", the brownhaired asked him. Vincent looked at him a bit courious and ordered Cerberos to stay still. The Micogan Nachtmähre Cross stallion snorrted loudly and pawed with his right fronthoof. He wanted to continue the ride. "Please just for a moment.", said Vincent and stroke the neck of the stallion than he answered Louis: "No he didn't. But why are you asking?" Jakob started to giggle like a little girl and even Etoile who looked always sad had a small smile on his face. " It's said that the ruines are haunted by the ghost of an young nun who was killed there by a priest to hide thier love.", said Louis. "Haunted ruines?! If it's true whe shouldn't go there. We maybe distroy the peace of the poor soul.", said Vincent. "Oh Vincent. You are the perfect nephew of a priest you know.", said Jakob with an evil grin. "Be honest you are just scared." "I'm not scared and it has nothing to do with my uncle that I don't wanne go there.",he said angrily. "And what's the reason than?", he asked him. "I just don't wanne wake up a poor soul who wanted to find her peace.", Vincent screamed at the younger boy on the blue Kelpie stallion. "Keep cool Vincent. I'm sorry I just want to make a joke.", said Louis and put his hand on Vincent's shoulder. " I've been there a hundred times and I never saw something spooky or paranormal there. It's only an old legend to frigthen kids that they don't play in the ruines." "It's not funny!", said Vincent still a bit angry but he followed the others as they continue their ride.
They didn't need long to arrive at the old ruines. "Was it a church or something?",Vincent asked them. "Sister Marie Claude said that it was the first monestry that's ever been build here. It was distroyed by a big storm tide.",Louis explained. "It must be beautiful before the storm tide. Looks like it was build in roman style.", said Vincent and he sound very excited. Suddenly they heared a noise and a shadow appears from inside the ruines. "Oh no it's the ghost!", screamed Jakob and turned Triton to run away. Etoile turn Nereide and both boys and thier horses galopped away at highspeed. The last thing that Louis and Vincent saw of them are a cloud of dust. Louis started to laugh and even Thetis seamed like she was laughing. A unicorn appear between the old ruins. It was Pendragon, the leading stallion of the fantasy horse herd. He trotted from the ruines to the open plane and started to graze. "A really scarry ghost.", said Vincent with a grin. "Yes. I'm so scared.",said Louis and both boys started to laugh very hard.
As the stallion heared the voices of the two teenagers he lifted his head and came nearer in hope to get some treats.
