Character:

Medea is a Cerva you definatly don't wanne mess with. Born as a pure Shadehollow doe she was raised with the rules of the pack and accept them as they are even if she find a few of them kinda stupid. She's a full blood doctor and seems to be basiclly married with her work. Slightly sarcastic from time to time and always keeping a cool mind if needed. If she's working you should not stay into her way or she will kick your butt no matter if you are male or female, soldier or captain.

For her every Cerva that came to her medic den is equal to the other as long as it belong to the pack and isn't a prisoner. She don't care for prisoners beside maybe using them as slaves to make her den bigger so that she has more space to look after her patients.

Even if she didn't look like she can keep secrets that you tell her as long as you did it as a patient. What goes on between her and another Cerva in the medic's den will never leave it just like it did never happen.

The only one she's really loyal to is the general himself. She doesn't really care for other Cerva's orders but the general's word is absolut for her and she would follow it. She doesn't want to look good in his eyes but she sees it as her duty as pureblood Shadehollow to be loyal to death.

Medea is ready to do all she can for the greater good of the pack. Restoring the old glory, stregth an honor of the pack is extreamly important to her and if needed she would be ready to kill.

She usually choose her mate by herself and those bucks who tried to take her end up with missing manhood, lost ears or scratched out eyes. Only those she judged as worthy may be her mates for a short time and are allowed to become fathers of one of ther kits.

Medea is all but not a loveing mother. She choose the buck she need to get strong kits, gives birth to them, kill the weak at first sight and than she leave her young to a nurse Cerva that can raise them up until they are ready to leave the warren so that she can go on looking after her patients. From the moment her kits are able to follow her she starts to teach them the laws of the pack and train them to become strong and useful members, loyal to the general and ready to give their life for the greater good of Shadehollow.


History:

Medea's father came from Whitehill to join Shadehollow because the life in the mountains was boring to him and he wanted to became part of a strong pack. Her mother a pure Shadehollow doe and daughter of a captain fell for the beautiful light colored soldier with the fluffy coat and feather spotting and with her fathers agreement she became his mate and gave birth to Agon and later also to Medea.

Medea grew up sourounded by her family in Shadehollow well knowing that she was better than the captured Cerva around her. Her mother took her with her when she was out to look after wounded soldiers and taught her how she can cure diffrent injuries and illnesses and showed her what it meant to be the healer for the upper class. From her father she learned to be loyal and able to defend herself if needed. He always wanted a daughter as tough as his son. So Medea spend her childhood basicly with training with her father and lessons from her mother.

As she reached mating age lot of soldiers came to her father to ask for the paw of his pretty daughter but Vaskur refused to give Medea to any of those Cerva bucks. For him it was clear that she should choose the mate she want on her own and since no one seems to be good enough she was still mateless while other Cervas of her age had already her first kits. Most of the bucks that came to her accepted her rejection but one of them wanted her so bad that he started to stalk her waiting for the right moment to get her. She defended herself like her father taught her and ended up with scars on her pretty face. The buck himself instead lost his life. It was her first kill and she decided for herself to do it again whenever it should be needed.

When Medea became 4 her mother died in during a fox attack and Medea took her place as healer in the medic den trying to fullfil her duties as good as she can. During her first year she learned a lot of things from an old assistent Cerva that worked under Medea's mother. It was that doe that introduced Medea to magic and helped her to develop some basic plant magic skills that could be usefull for her job.

At the age of 6 she meet the father of her first two kits and mated with him. She gave birth to two strong and healthy bucks what made her happy. Seeing them both as futur defenders of the pack she raised them up to be loyal to the general and proude of beeing Shadehollow Cervas. It was the same year during winter when she lost the tip of her right ear while she went to refuges forest to search for some roots to make medicine. As usual two soldiers went with her to make sure she would be safe. While collecting the roots she saw a captured Cerva that managed to escape and found refuge there. She called the soldiers and tried to keep the escaped Cerva where it was but the captured defend himself against her with fire magic and burned the tip of her ear down. The two soldiers caught the Cerva and brought it back togther with Medea who for the first time needed to be healed herself.

Until her 9th years she spend her time gaining more and more knowelege in herblore and treating the illnesses in her pack. She gave birth to two other kits and raised them like she did it with the first ones. It was in her 9the year when she reached the middle of her basic magic skills and had to stop the train them but since she see's them as really usefull for the pack she decided to ask the general himself for permission to go on with developping them to make sure they would always have all the plants they need to keep the soldiers, the captains and even himself healthy and strong. Sadly he said no so Medea started to train her skills in secret for the greater good of Shadehollow even if she dislike it to refuse an order she got from the general.

In the same year she also got her scars on her leg during a fox attack and lost her father,her son and her daugther. She also started to cure the general's sleeping problems during fullmoon nights and gave soldiers that want to mate captured Cervas treatments to avoid the caputred does becomming pregnant.

Now that the spring started she's busy with taking care that the spring plants get collected and the assistant Cervas around her are getting the right training to be ready for the summer.


other information:

- Because her father told her some stories about the gods of Whitehill she decided to creat her own gods, calling them Kari (the God of Health) and Karaca (the God of Streght), she sometimes pray to when she's collecting plants in refuges forest.

- Her favourit sentences are "Move you butt out of my den bastard, I'm working!" , "I'm a doctor idiot not a ... *insert sometingelse here* " and "You know that treatments and poisons can look very similar and can be easily mistaken."

- She makes treatments for bucks that want to mate captured Cervas to avoid kits
